		Patient Profile - This device is designed for young adults to geriatric patients, who are moderately active, and weigh between 100 and 230 lbs. Low to high volume shoes are best suited for this device. Foot Type - The Poly-Flex is designed to help medium to high arch feet with mild to very restricted rearfoot motion associated with restricted rearfoot motion. Biomechanical Characteristics - The Poly-Flex is intrinsically posted offering mild to moderate midtarsal joint control during the midstance phase. This device is good for allowing rearfoot motion during heel contact.
