Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

We offer three methods for shipping your orders from biomechanical.com/shop:

       Standard Ground Delivery  –  4 to 8 business days
               Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.
 

       2 Day Delivery  –  3 business days
               Includes 1 day for processing and 2 days for transit.
 

       Next Day Delivery  –  2 business days
               Includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

In each case where orders for multiple products are received, every attempt will be made to ship all the items in one container. In those situations where more than one container is required to complete the delivery, biomechanical.com/shop will determine the number and size of each container(s) needed to fulfill delivery.

Shipping of Third Party Vendors

Biomechanical Services may from time to time utilize third party vendors to deliver specific items. These items are shipped directly from the Third Party Vendor and can be shipped to most locations where biomechanical.com/shop would routinely deliver.

Items shipped by biomechanical.com/shop or any of its Third Party Vendors cannot be shipped to:

P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO (military addresses)
U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or other U.S. Territories

Shipping Carriers

Biomechanical.com/shop utilizes UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by UPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used for your products.



Return & Exchange Policy

Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA. Contact Biomechanical Services Inc. by email at: customerservice@biomechanical.com to request an RMA. Or, call Customer Service at 1-800-942-2272 to request an RMA number.

Original Receipt

The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Period

  • 15 days for all eligible products

Biomechanical Services Inc. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Nonreturnable Items

  • Items that are not in resalable condition.
  • Items that are damaged or abused.
  • Items that are missing accessories, detachable parts or other ancillary components.

Returns by UPS

Most returns for online purchases will be handled using UPS Ground Service. To return your online purchase by UPS:

1.    Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
       Otherwise use a suitable container that is acceptable for transit by UPS.
2.    Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.
3.    Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
4.    Place the return UPS label with bar code supplied in the original container onto the
       outside of the container being returned.
5.    Write the RMA number on the outside of the box, near the UPS label

Returns by Mail

You can also return online purchases through the mail. To return your online purchase by mail:

1.    Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
2.    Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.
3.    Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
4.    Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Refund Method

For online purchases:

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Promotional Items and Bundles

When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a pair of pre-fabricated shoe inserts that included a free goniometer, the total value of the goniometer will be deducted from the refund if the goniometer is not returned with the shoe inserts.

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive $200 in savings when you purchase a Left Side Pro-Wedge-It and a second Right Side Pro-Wedge-It unit together and you return either item, the $200 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund.
